Based just outside of Cheltenham, we are a small team who pride ourselves on creating inspirational new homes that exceed our customers expectations.

This begins with the land we buy and our commitment to finding the right locations where people will enjoy living. It’s about how we plan each development to create a sense of community and belonging, building houses that are individually designed to sit harmoniously within their surroundings. It’s about crafting beautiful homes to the highest specification and finish, where every detail is carefully planned and delivered.

care for the environment
We are very aware that construction can have an impact on the environment and we have taken steps to reduce our impact accordingly. We have put many measures in place to satisfy our policy of sustainability and have been awarded the internationally recognised ISO14001 environment standard for our actions.
We operate a waste management centre where 85% of our waste is transferred, recycled or disposed of ethically and we reduce the amount of landfill we create by using as many recyclable materials as possible. Fuel consumption is reduced by asking all engineers to share trips to site and we raise levels of environmental awareness with all staff, suppliers, sub-contractors, clients, end-users and the public.

With over 25 years experience as a qualified Architect, Mark co-founded Centaur Homes in 2006 with Mark Harrison. Heavily involved in all stages of the house building process, he is highly motivated to create inspirational homes that he is exceptionally proud of.
Mark Harrison
Director
Co-founder of Centaur Homes, Mark manages all aspects of the construction process from start to finish. His unique care and attention to detail whilst delivering our homes comes from over 35 years in the Construction industry.
Guy Wooddisse
Development Partner
Guy has over 20 years experience in securing planning consents on sensitive sites around the country, and works with Centaur Homes through his Bayhill Property 'land and planning' company to ensure the very best scheme designs meet the exacting requirements of Centaur Homes.
Gina Wilson
Sales Manager
Gina joined the Centaur team in 2016 having worked for a number of leading national housebuilders for over 15 years. She brings with her a wealth of experience and a friendly smile to guide purchasers on their customer journey.
Theresa Harrison
Project Administrator
Theresa has been with the company since its early days and with 30 years experience in the construction industry, she is an integral part of the team; coordinating and managing all aspects of our projects.
