An open day was held with TVAS North Midlands in association with ADAS who have been carrying out an archaeological dig at our site since March 2026.

Prior to this, the site has been through a number of archaeological investigations as a condition of the granting of planning permission. These were fully funded by Centaur Homes.

Centaur Homes was happy to show case the findings with the local people of Dumbleton and agreed to the open event being held at the Village Club. The event was well organised by TVAS North Midlands which included guided tours of the site and was very well attended by the local people.

When the activity is complete on site, all information gained is collated and analysed with findings being sent to the relevant experts for study.
