Due to the high level of interest already received in Foxes Meadow, we are delighted to introduce our Early Bird reservation scheme on the development.
With construction on site now well underway, the first phase of homes is due to go on sale in September 2018 and with many people not wanting to miss out, they are taking up the Centaur Homes Early Bird scheme.
The scheme is designed to ensure you don’t miss out on a specific home you want to buy as it allows you to secure it prior to it being released for sale. By putting down a £500 refundable deposit you can ensure you get first refusal on the plot as and when it gets officially released for sale.
The first phase of homes includes 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses and is proving to be very popular with 50% of them already secured on the early bird reservation scheme.
