If you live or work in the area, or the surrounding parishes, or have family connections that do, then you could qualify to purchase one of our new homes at Kingfisher Walk at a discounted price.

There are 6 of these homes available for those who qualify, including the two bedroom Fairford design and the three bedroom Calcot design.

In order to qualify to purchase one of these homes, you will need to have a local connection to the development and have a household income of no more than £80,000.
